Our story began
with an evening of drinks...
One evening, we found ourselves sharing drinks with a group of remarkably intelligent physicists. Amid the complex scientific chatter that left us somewhat bewildered, the word "antimatter" caught our attention.
Our physicist friend explained that everything—planets, dogs, bonsai plants, and even your most irksome relative—comprises protons, electrons, and neutrons, collectively known as ordinary matter.
Antimatter, sounding like something straight out of a science fiction novel, is simply these same particles but with reversed electric charges.
When ordinary matter and antimatter meet, they ignite, transforming into pure energy. At this revelation, we couldn't help but shout, "Hold up!" Then, after planting a kiss on our newfound source of inspiration, we dashed back to the office, brimming with the desire to create an exceptional beverage that would infuse the ordinary with extraordinary energy.

In collaboration with the artisanal masters at Compendium Spirits, we've crafted an irresistibly aromatic and delightful whiskey that promises to tantalise your senses, inject vibrancy into humdrum moments, coax out the joy in introverts at social gatherings, and stimulate the creative juices of artists grappling with client feedback urging them to make their art "pop". We know we sound like a certain ex-president with our superlative claims, but we’re working with giga-brained individuals to scientifically prove that (hopefully).

How did we create this elixir?

Fermentation
Our master distiller starts by fermenting Hom Mali Asian rice to create our whiskey's base, resulting in a smooth, mildly sweet profile that serves as the canvas for our blend.

Blending
We then infuse this base with natural spirits distilled from Asia's premium honey, imparting a subtle floral sweetness that brightens and complements the rice's mellow character. The final touch comes from the gentle incorporation of spirits made from coconuts, adding a tropical, creamy note that rounds off the blend and brings a sense of harmonious complexity.
We've steered clear of neutral grain spirits that harshly scorch your throat.

Cask Aging
The whiskey is then allowed to mature in an oak cask for six months before bottling. While six months may seem brief, the geniuses at Compendium Spirits have ingeniously expedited the barrel-ageing process, making our whiskey taste like a statement piece aged for decades.
